    Description

      This task if for Revision control version 0.1.0 which deal only with a server endpoint that is able to detect a conflict and send a "409 Conflict" status as a response header. The body will contain the latest version that this server has.

      This task should provide API that is able to detect a 409 Conflict and allow the user to take action using callbacks.Callback functions should be success, conflict, and error.
