Remove the next steps and pre-req sections through the doc (except the very first set of pre-reqs at the top).

Why
We now have getitng started in one big doc so we no longer need to have the next steps links anywhere in the getting started guide
The pre-reqs should only appear at the top of the getting-started guide and be removed from anywhere in sub sections for the same reason.
