Implement 'Add Data Source'

      The button should open a dialog to input the relevant data and send it to the backend as a graphql mutation afterc licking on 'Add'. The first data source type will be 'In Memory'.

      The 'In Memory' datasource needs:

      • a name
      • a collection

      The source itself will be built into the sync server.
