[UI] When binding to a mobile service fill in as many params as possible

      What

      We want to help the developer as much as possible so we want to auto fill binding params where possible.

      How

      When we are in the context of a mobile client, auto populate the binding parameter fields for client id and client type in the UI for all services.

      • Change CLIENT_NAME to CLIENT_ID
