As a developer using the OpenShift UI I want to be able to see what mobile apps are associated with a services within my current namespace so that I know which and how many apps are using a specific service

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement UI changes, following the mockups we have from UXD team, following the standards from the OpenShift web-console (e.g. tests, styling, Patternfly etc.)
• The output from this should be an PR for upstream OCP web-console
• The view should appropriately handle errors and give user feedback
• There should be a small demo video of this UI
