There is no deliverable for this epic, other than a high level plan for how sync.next will be delivered.
At that high level, there are 2 options:

• invest effort in improvements to the existing fh-sync-server & sdks to get where we want
• invest effort in consuming & contributing to 1 or more open source efforts that help us get where we want
