Prerequisites: Jenkins instance, AWS credentials
We need to add Amazon EC2 Plugin
Plugin should be configured with AWS credentials
EC2 Instance should be allocated per PR basis and then released
For debugging purposes we need allocate EC2 instance for 1-2 more hours or timeout the job
