As a CLI developer I want to be able to remove / unbind a service from my application so that I have full control over the relationship between apps and services.

Acceptance criteria:

• using the command line should remove all associated objects created when the service was provisioned
• usage and clear documentation should be provided in CLI
• Automated End to end tests should be present - as part of an overall happy path test.
