Update aerogear.org and remove refers to TODO app and demos (replace with cookbooks)

Now that TODO is abandon, aerogear.org should be updated:

• references to TODO demo on openshift should be removed.
• TODO iOS /Android demos on the 'downloads' and platform pages, should be replaced with links to the respective cookbooks.
