move ag-controller-demo to jax-rs

    Description

      Since AG-Controller isn't maintained anymore but that the repo aerogear-controller-demo was also used to test : authentification / Paging / OTP. We suggest to create a new repo, full in JAX-RS exposing the needed REST endpoints.
