      Quickstart #48 from https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Quickstarts

      Create a basic cordova version of the kitchensink-html5-mobile.

      The trick here is having a single service backend for both quickstarts. I don't want to duplicate the same services across both quickstarts, but they still must be very easy to build, and deploy following the rules for the quickstarts.
