Add New Apple Privacy Manifest File Requirement

Hi, my team at Medtronic Diabetes has been releasing our iOS app to the iOS App Store for the past few years which relies and includes the following AeroGear iOS SDKs:

https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-ios-oauth2 v 2.1.0

For the past few years, our app has helped thousands of diabetes patients manage their insulin doses and their continuous glucose monitoring.

Recently Apple has a new requirements for 3rd party SDKs to include a 'privacy manifest' file: https://developer.apple.com/support/third-party-SDK-requirements/

According to this requirement, all 3rd party SDKs need to have a new 'privacy manifest' file, otherwise apps that include them will be rejected for app submission starting May 1st, 2024.

We would appreciate if you can pls add this feature to the above 2 SDKs.
