The i8ly installation script needs the following

An Updated version of the solx operator that includes the fixes committed in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AEROGEAR-10081 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AEROGEAR-10082
And updated managed service broker using the fixes from https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AEROGEAR-10083
Replace mdc with UPS in the OPTIONAL_PROVISION_SERVICES and OPTIONAL_WATCH_SERVICES in provision-webapp.
