      Summary

      As the MCE/ACM organization and products move towards Jira as our single ticketing system, developers would like to receive automated tickets about build failures entirely in Jira. Currently, we have a GitHub Issue Generator that leverages our underlying ResultsAggregator datamodel when opening automated issues.

      We'll need to create a new report generator with similar or identical functionality, including squad routing and assignment and an integration with our de-duplication tooling, for Jira in order to fulfill the needs of our developers!

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Jira Report Generator created and working with de-dup
      • Jira Report Generator rolled out to all in-maintenance Z-streams
      • MCE 2.0 / ACM 2.5
      • MCE 2.1 / ACM 2.6
      • MCE 2.2 / ACM 2.7
