Value Statement

In a previous ACM release, we worked towards developing a hosted control mode for MCH; however, this feature never reached a GA'd status. To ensure we are not maintain unneeded code, this story will allow us to remove any redundant code from our code base related to Hosted mode.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] Hosted mode support removed from MCH operator.
• [x] No regression introduced after removing hosted mode.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated
