Combine LDAP User accounts if email address matches

Feature Overview

Customer would like the ability to have users login to HUB using their email OR username, provided by LDAP authentication. When LDAP auth is set up in Ansible Controller, the 2 accounts are combined into 1 user account. However, when LDAP auth is set up in Automation Hub, this creates 2 separate user entries (1 with email as username, and 1 with username as username). 

User will be able to log into HUB using their email OR username

Hub Admins will be able to manage users more easily with a single user account.
