Microsoft Credential type should use Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) instead of Azure Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL)

Credential type Microsoft Azure Resource Manager on ** AAP connects to azure, the underlying API uses Azure Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL), and Microsoft suggests to use Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL).

AAP is using a deprecated library, and All Microsoft support and development for ADAL, including security fixes, ended on June 30, 2023.
