What is the nature and description of the request?

Users who are a member of a Team and that Team has all roles on an Organization are unable to create labels on a Job Template. All users are members of the Default organization. They are then added to a Team with all roles on another Organization. When creating labels they are presented with a "You do not have permission to perform this action." message after clicking Save on the Job Template.

Why does the customer need this?

The customer manages many Organizations and currently has to apply the labels for Team members within the Organization on Job Templates. The expectation is that granting the role "Job Template admin" would allow for the Team members with that role to apply labels on Job Templates.

How would you like to achieve this?

I'm not exactly sure on the technical requirements. As stated above, the "Job Template admin" role should provide this functionality.
