Based on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAP-19474 and https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/03688289, request an increase in log verbosity when syncing collections (to include the specific collection that is failing) and to improve resiliency during collection sync (any failure during a sync process fails to download any collections). Having a way to partially download or add in multiple retries in case a failure is received would be incredibly helpful for inconsistent network connections or issues being based with the different automation hub servers/repositiories.
