What is the nature and description of the request?
AAP GUI behavior. Currently:
users are able to edit host vars of constructed inventories in the "hosts" tab
users are not able to edit host vars in "Inventories -> hosts" section for the hosts which belong to constructed inventory

To prevent user's confusion as well potential system impact where a job may finish successfully but not with the user's intended context.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Make this behavior consistent regardless from where the host vars are being accessed in the GUI. In either case they should be not editable and only settings inherited from the inventory where the constructed inventory is based from are used.
List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
