Environment:

Server version 4.7.1
Pulp Ansible Version 0.17.0
Ansible Automation Platform 2.4
UI Version 4.7.1

When syncing the rh-certified remote repo, on Private automation hub server, the memory usage jumped few times. It's used by pulpcore-api.service processes.

Steps to Reproduce

In the Private automation hub sync the rh-certified remote repo and monitory into the node the memory usage with ' ps aux --sort=%mem | head'

Actual Behavior

When syncing the rh-certified remote repository is observed speaks of memory usage.  There is the following KCS about  pulpcore gunicorn process consuming large amounts of memory, I applied this configuration in my laboratory but still seeing same high memory usage.
