Framework seems to want to use a library for forms (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAP-7379) - react-hook-form

Figure out what it does, how to use it,
convert a simple full screen form, make sure validation, resubmit after error, etc. works.

(Then create issues to convert all the other forms, and change any modal forms to full screen forms.)
