Analytics: Reports list by AWX/Controller version

      AWX (On-premise) API will send request to list of reports/report detail 

      POST /api/tower-analytics/v1/reports/

      Currently in Analytics, there are lists of reports excluded for "prod-beta" and for "prod".

      There has to be list of excluded reports for any version of Controller. If the version is not defined, default is list for "prod".

      Analytics can recognize the version from received headers:

      • X-Rh-Analytics-Source
      • X-Rh-Analytics-Source-Version

      example:
      X-Rh-Analytics-Source: controller
      X-Rh-Analytics-Source-Version: 4.4.0
