Notifications showing incorrect/old information

When viewing the Notifications, the customer is seeing that their Tower cluster has a node down:

Cluster <cluster> has node down, node <node_id> has 0 capacity.

We've checked the Ansible Tower API and the node_id that is displayed in the notification doesn't line up with any of the Tower nodes that currently exist in their cluster. The customer is assuming this is an old server notification from a prior version of Tower, since we've verified the nodes all have > 0 capacity.

Also, the notifications all seem to have `4 hour(s) ago` listed for the time.
