Description:

Notifications serves as a news for customers about some events happening (mostly) in the cloud. 

i.e. processing is slow, or delayed, some features are temporary unavailable etc. 

AAP 2.4 minimal requirement: 

It'll be hardcoded in the cloud API.

Change of notifications will require AA backend's PR

Output:

• count of notifications
• list of notifications:
  • name/slug
  • severity
  • text (TODO: one or short/long?)
  • tenant (optional)
