There are a number of instances where Windup 2.x analyzes generated code. When there is a lot of generated code, this makes the reports very noisy and the information on generated files is of dubious quality. Windup needs to deal with this situation more gracefully so as to not overwhelm the end user. A couple of naive approaches are:

1) Ignore the files
2) Create a separate "Generated Files" report
