Provide a way to get 3scale or APIcast patch version details from self-managed APIcast (install using APIcast operator) installation?

      In case of self-managed APIcast (install using APIcast operator) checking apicast-operator it shows 3scale minor version (2.14) NOT patch e.g. 2.14.1 , in such case there is no options available to confirm if  running 3scale installation is using 2.14.0 or 2.14.1? 

       

      e.g.

       

      $ oc describe deployment/apicast-operator-controller-manager-v2 | grep -i 2.14
                    rht.comp_ver=2.14
