Add VdbSources and VdbSource objects to replace single source name, jndi-name and translator-name in VdbModelEntry

VdbModelEntry class manages a single source via local name, jndi-name and translator-name class variables. This needs to move to a VdbSources multi-source object that holds VdbSource object Map that contains these same 3 properties.
