Business-central startup error: jGIT: Cannot run program "bash"

    Description

      This issue is the same as DROOLS-964, just observed on product.

      When business-central is started on Windows without GIT installed, server log contains the following exception (business-central works as expected):

      According to DROOLS-964, jGIT version upgrade should fix the problem.
