CLI script fails to set up EAP properly in messaging-clustering quickstart

      When using install-standalone.cli in messaging-clustering quickstart, the following error is produced:

       {"WFLYCTL0062: Composite operation failed and was rolled back. Steps that failed:" => {"Operation step-1" => "WFLYCTL0212: Duplicate resource [
    (\"subsystem\" => \"logging\"),
    (\"console-handler\" => \"CONSOLE\")
]"}}

      Failure to set up the cluster properly renders the quickstart unusable.
