The eclipse-ee4j/mojarra#5347 is fixed/merged and it allows us to simplify ~~WFLY-18708~~, i.e. rather than register servlet context listeners, we can just add the requisite Mojarra-specific servlet context init parameter (which will be safely ignored by other implementations).

This requires backporting the following two commits:
