server crash on shutdown with ssl connector enabled

      Start server with an seam ear application (using icefaces and push server enabled). Access some pages using ssl (some works, some not, no rule found). Shutdown the server. If "correct" pages were accessed, the
      server segfaults during shutdown (just after [TomcatDeployment] undeploy, ctxPath=/myiceappl message).

      With https connector enabled and using libtcnative, the server segfaults during shutdown.
