Infinispan should not log WARN when manually evicting cache entries and EvictionStrategy.MANUAL

      When Cache.evict(...) is called for a Cache configured with EvictionStrategy.MANUAL, Infinispan logs the following WARN:

      13:56:36,939 WARN  [org.infinispan.cache.impl.CacheImpl] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 37) ISPN000419: Eviction of an entry invoked without an explicit eviction strategy for cache SimpleWebTestCase.war

      It was my understanding that the purpose of EvictionStrategy.MANUAL was to preempt warnings of this nature.
