Disable Solaris' sun.nio.ch.EventPortSelectorProvider by default

    Description

      Since sun.nio.ch.EventPortSelectorProvider has a bug which affects server shutdown, for now we should prefer sun.nio.ch.DevPollSelectorProvider which uses the older deprecated "/dev/poll" interface. Later we can alter the preference logic so that if we detect that the JDK has a fixed version of this class, we can use it.
