Workaround LOGTOOL-78 constructing RedirectException

The exception RedirectException needs to be correctly constructed so that clients can make use of the values it contains, unfortunately LOGTOOL-78 is preventing this from happening!

This issue is to temporarily construct the exception manually until proper constructions is possible.
