Rules in EAP7 Directory not firing for target EAP7

Marc Zottner has reported that some ruls in the EAP7 folder are not firing when the target is EAP7.

Can we check the rules in th EAP7 folder to ensure that the versionRange parameter is set appropriately.

Note from David Klingenberg:
versionRange="[6,7)" should fire only for versions lower than 7 (it is open interval). If we want rules to fire also for version 7, I think the versionRange should look like this: "[6,7]
