"Requires Architectural Change" too long, squeezes the chart

"Requires Architectural Change" should be shortened to just "Architectural Change" or "Architectural".
1) The "requires" could apply to other effort levels too, and there it's implied.
2) It squeezes the chart next to it so it's remarkably narrower. See the screenshot.
