Add the input parameters like --sourceMode, --offline etc. to the report

The reports should contain the information about what parameters the run had.
IMO it should be in the application list page, under the list of apps.

Also, these information should be printed.
They actually are, some of them. However it's in RunWindupCommand.
It should be in WindupProcessorImpl - some other information are printed there, too.
It will need to be dynamic listing of all available options, like it's done to list all options when running Windup without any parameters.
