The GreetingListener is never used

The GreetingListener Furnace listener is supposed to print a nice ASCII art banner, but it can't never work. The banner is printed in the beforeStart method, but the listener is added to the Furnace container after it is started.

Sometimes, the DisplayVersionCommand is added to the pipeline instead (it kinda sorta has the same function).

I think this should be unified.
