Improve static IP matching - remove matches with version and revision on same line

The static IP rules are a lot better now in that they only match on n.n.n.n patterns exclusively where 255 >= n >=0 which has cut down on a lot of noise. In looking through the false positives that are now found, they seem to have either the string "version" or "revision" (case independent) on the same line as the possible static IP match. If this can be added as a filter for the static IP address matching, this would significantly reduce the false positives.
