    Description

      Due to Windows keeping .jar files locked, it might be necessary to run this from a standalone java app in a separate JVM launched from ./windup before Windup.

      There are few options, either replace all addons and rulesets and the bin directory etc, or download windup-distribution, replace the current one and re-run. To be discussed.
