Tag-based Lift & Shift report

After WINDUP-665 is done, we could create a lift & shift report, based on what tags are associated with the target platform, and what tags the application files are classified / hinted with.

Getting the Lift & Shift file list:

1) Have a whitelisted tags - i.e. those which cover the target platform.
2)
For each file with hint or a classification,
for each hint or classification,
for each tag of that hint or classification,
check (with caching) whether the hint is contained within whitelisted tags - i.e. the tags in the set or those they contain.

This could be achieved by a Gremlin query.
