Read JMS Pool Configurations from Vendor Specific EJB

JMS Pool Configurations are now standard in EJB 3.1 with Activation Parameters. Files like jboss-aop.xml used to handle these values. We need to extract this to the graph so that we can generate EAP 6.x configurations properly.
