Report view 'link with editor' doesn't work

This happens as a result to changes made in WINDUP-1899. Need to better handle computing the workspace resource report locations.

I'm also including in this ticket the 'input' option isn't working (the tooling side expects a list of paths, but Path isn't serializable and exception is thrown).
