    Description

The validation step could be implemented as a new report and triggered through a new CLI system property (e.g. -DenableRulesTestValidationReport) to be used together w/ the runTestIdMatching property used to test a specific rule.
The report will say if the new rules set:

      • Has been successfully validated against rules XSD schema
      • Has tests to cover every rule (= the tested rules have "Status? = Condition met" and "Result? = success")
In the report there will be also the link to the static report so that the user can look at the output of the execution of the tested rules.
