There are a number of presentation issues with the Technologies Report bubble map (black squares and circles).
Marc Zottner has confirmed that this occurred on the nightly build, on his own build of the master branch and also on the reports that Janine generated and provided me 2 weeks ago.
Marc opened the reports on MacOS (Safari+Firefox+Google Chrome) and Windows 7 latest service pack (IE+Chrome+Firefox). Unfortunately, none of them was looking good. Here are the zipped report and the screenshots.
