Remove dynamic reports from 4.1.0

Since the dynamic reports are a feature which won't be a part of the current release, we should remove it from the release and more specifically it should be actually on a feature branch.

So, the questions is:
Is it possible to revert the relevant commits and create a feature branch which cherry-picks these commits instead?

That would be my preferred solution, unless we are a 100% sure it does not have any side effects at all (I suspect WINDUP-1984 and WINDUP-1983 to be).
