Application upload not completed

If, during the new project wizard, on step 2 "Add Applications", while the application is loading, the "Next" button is already enabled and so it's possible to go the the 3rd step but, if this happen, then the applications not yet fully uploaded are not part anymore of the analysis configuration.

Fix: the "Next" button has to be disabled until the last application has been uploaded.
