Unable to submit ruleset from "Submit Ruleset" view

"We noticed that you have third-party cookies disabled in your browser, we need this enabled to correctly submit your information." is displayed when opening the "Submit Ruleset" view. This didn't happen in the past that I am aware of because I've used it in the past as well as other users. Is this from Oxygen? Is there a config for cookies?

While investigating this issue I came across the inability to 'Send Feedback' from the generated RHAMT report from within the IDE.
