      Description

If an issue is associated with a resource that gets deleted from outside the workspace, the issues don't seem to get synchronized or updated. You'd think we have a listener on the workspace for this type of event, so we can then check the deleted resource for any Windup markers, and if so, delete the corresponding issues. Or, if the markers get deleted from the resource, is there a way to listen for the deleted marker, and then check if Windup marker, and update the datamodel?
